ONLINE RETURN POLICY
Our Return Policy is 7 days for an exchange or for a store credit within 7 days of receipt by mail.
We do not offer refunds.
All sale or discounted purchase of 30% off or more are FINAL SALE.
Seasonal items are Final sale.
Any product that is damaged upon receipt must be reported to Customer Service within 48 hours of delivery or return might not be approved.
Merchandise must be unworn, unused, free of any repairs and all original ClassicJewlz tags must be attached to the item(s).
Any item purchased at a *final sale price is a final purchase and cannot be redeemed for a store credit or exchange.
Return approval is at the discretion of our returns team and ClassicJewlz reserves the right to deny any return that does not comply with our policy.
Classicjewlz cannot be responsible for wear and tear and any changes that occur to an item, due to the nature of materials.
To ensure a positive experience for all of our clients, if we identify through electronic analysis an unreasonable return pattern, we may restrict or refuse future return transactions from such clients at classicjewlz.com.
All sale items, perfumes and customized jewelry are final sale.
All returns are subject to inspection and we have the right to refuse your return if the return does not meet these requirements.
